ORICO BR5220P-FU32-S2E1 expands 2pcs high speed USB3.0 interface+1pc eSATA interface+2pcs HDD power switch in CD-ROM space. It can install in computer CD-ROM space, and computer should have one idle CD-ROM space.

  1. 2pcs USB3.0 interface can be expanded from mainboard 20PIN slot by device 20PIN data cable. It can be used to connect U disk, USB HUB, mobile HDD etc USB device, the chassis should have an idle 20PIN slot.

  2. 1pc eSATA interface can be expanded from mainboard SATA interface by device SATA data cable. It can be used to connect mobile HDD with eSATA interface etc device, the chassis should have an idle SATA interface.

  3. 2pcs HDD power switch can be connected from computer power supply by device 15P SATA power cable or BIG 4PIN IDE power cable, and transfer 2pcs SATA power interface to connect HDD or CD-ROM which are controlled by switch separately, then control HDD or CD-ROM power switch. The seldom used HDD or CD-ROM power cable can be controlled by this switch. When not being used, you can close the HDD or CD-ROM power directly so as to reduce device consumption/overheat, power saving, environmental and energy saving. You can also use this switch to change two HDDs’ different operation systems.
